As the Lead UX Designer, I am responsible for the user experience for all consumer touch points. In addition to defining UI specifications and interactions through wireframes, user stories, and task flows, I also optimize conversion rates through A/B tests, analyze data through web and mobile analytics, and keep up with the growing mobile payments sector.
BeachMint is a subscription social e-commerce startup for celebrity-curated direct to consumer products with 6 different websites. I was the Senior User Experience Designer on the Product team. I developed detailed wireframes, site maps, mockups and user flows for the family of sites (6 total) which helped increase purchases, registration, and engagement using A/B testing, web analytics, and best practices to help aid decisions.

I worked as a Design Engineer dealing with the user interface and usability for car navigation systems. One of the biggest challenges was designing a full feature system that is easy to use and learn while minimizing potential driver distraction and dealing with a limited screen space.
American Greetings helps millions of people worldwide stay connected and celebrate life's special occasions. I worked with American Greetings as a User Experience Consultant to provide user experience strategy and design, guidance of evolving standards and best practices, information architecture, and interaction design services. Projects include everything from iPad and iPhone applications, websites for both desktop and mobile, and Facebook applications.
