I was a User Experience consultant for an iPad application that creates stylish personalized stationery with photos and premium design elements. One of the challenges with this project was designing the application for a persona that was not very tech savvy. I created an application that was easy to use, followed Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, and had the mental model of a traditional letter writing experience. Released in Sept 2011, the app has maintained a perfect 5 star rating.
